Purpose of Façade Grant
The purpose of the façade grand is intended to encourage reinvestment in commercial and mixed-use properties by supporting high-quality permanent exterior improvement.
This program helps local property owners and businesses make their buildings look better, safer, and more welcoming. The purpose is on improvements people can see from the street and that make our community more attractive. Routine maintenance and interior projects are NOT covered.

The City of College Park in
agreement with ONMA will
grant awards upon
